Photo Day

My child was off on photo day, can I still get a photograph of them?

Yes, we do offer ‘mop up/ session for any pupil absent on photo day but this is at the discretion of the school. We do however offer the same sessions at our local studio. For more information please email hello@popupportraits.school.

If I have more than one child at a school can they have their photo taken together?

Yes, the school usually arranges sibling photographs. Please contact your school for more information.

If I have another child in a different school or would like a family photograph; is it possible to have our photo taken together?

This is at the discretion of your school. Sometimes there is a photo session before or after the school day for this style of photos to be taken. Please contact your school for more information.

 

Online Ordering

I received an Access Card with an Access Code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on the green "Order your photos" button on our website, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to basket". When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Basket" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

We offer a fully digital online ordering service. This helps make the process easier for you, and ensures the process is as sustainable as possible. Our online ordering system accepts all the major debit and credit cards, and PayPal. Just follow the instructions and you’ll have your gorgeous pics in no time. 

What do I do if I’ve lost my Access Code?

All our schools will be given a copy of the access codes so please contact your school to request the code or email hello@popupportraits.school.

 My partner and I are separated, how can I order a copy of my child’s photograph?

If you already have your child’s access code, simply log in and place an order like normal. If you don’t have the access code, please reach out to us at hello@popupportraits.studio, or the school for more information

 I have received multiple Access Codes, can I order a packs with more than one style of photograph in?

Yes! This is especially helpful if you have a number of children at the setting or if you just can’t choose! You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available current photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.

Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.

Can I crop the images?

Yes. You will find this option within the basket. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement. Any alteration will need to be approved by you before you can continue to payment.

Can I buy a digital image?

Yes! Digital images are only available to purchase for individual portrait photographs. Once the order’s payment confirmation is confirmed, a download link is immediately sent to your email for you to retrieve your images. We do not offer digital copies of any group photographs for sale.

Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account".

Who do I contact if I have a query about my order?

Please email hello@popupportraits.school, during busy periods please allow up to 2 working days for a reply. Please rest assured that your query is extremely important to us and we will reply to you as soon as we can.

I am ordering online but require my product to be delivered to an alternative address, is this possible?

Yes, this is no problem. Once you have made your order you will have an option to deliver it to your home address or an alternative address.

How long will the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered and delivery method the school has opted for. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed.

Orders which include free shipping to schools are processed in bulk 5-10 business days after the order deadline. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered.

Orders shipped direct to you take up to 10 business days following payment confirmation.

Can I still order my child’s photographs after the deadline date has passed?

Yes, although you may miss out on some special offers and order discounts. We do archive the photographs after 10 weeks (or whatever we decide) although they can still be ordered by emailing hello@popupportraits.school.

Who owns the copyright on my images?

Pop-Up Portraits Ltd retains the copyright on all photographs taken and supplied. Photographs may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form without the written permission of Pop-Up Portraits Ltd.

How long does Pop-Up Portraits Ltd keep my images?

All our images are stored securely indefinitely. You can request that your data is deleted by contacting hello@popupportraits.school.

Is Pop-Up Portraits GDPR compliant?

What if I don’t like my pictures?

We want you to love your photographs and put a lot of care and time into each shoot to make sure you will. We always take more than one picture of each child to give you choices and because you can see your photos before you buy it is very unlikely you will be unhappy with your photos when they arrive.  (There is of course no obligation to order if you don’t like any of them). However, if there are any issues with the print quality, just let us know. We will replace them free of charge ASAP. 

Are you photographers DBS checked?

Yes, all our photographers and support staff have DBS enhanced level disclosure and are trained to the highest standard in the industry.
