The Coronavirus presents new challenges for everyone. To support your establishment, the children and families, we have introduced a safe and contactless picture day approach that minimises the chance of spreading the virus.

Maximum safety for all involved
The health and safety of you and the children comes first. We have worked hard to ensure that portrait photographs can still safely take place. We work strictly in accordance with all official safety recommendations to ensure everything is contactless and secure. View our COVID-19 protocols here.
All photographers take a lateral flow test on the morning of the session.
We clean our equipment and company cars thoroughly before picture day.
We operate a contactless photo service and we’ve removed all unnecessary touch points.
We ensure the 2m social distancing rule is applied.
The photographers all carry full PPE and wear a face mask throughout the session.
We try to hold sessions outdoors. However, if indoors we require a large open space with good ventilation.
Registration and sales take place completely online.
Minimum effort for your establishment
You have enough on your plate at present, which is why we’ve endeavoured to make picture day as effortless as possible for you.
There is no need for proof card handling.
Children’s gallery access codes are packed cleanly and securely to minimise touch contamination.
Ordering is completely online so there is no collecting cash or order forms.
Orders are delivered directly to customers so there is no bulk shipping.
Familiar quality for the school and parents/guardians
The products are delivered directly to the parents in the same high quality they have come to love and expect. For group photographs we have a selection of Covid-secure options to ensure your students don’t miss out and we can even take care of the student IDs as normal!
